| All our properties are very close to USC. We have properties on the west side and north side of the campus. |

| 2.What are the differences between Single room and Studio? |
| Single room you can have private bedroom, sharing the kitchen and bathroom with other students. |
| Studio you can have private bedroom, private kitchen and bath. |

| 3.What kind of furniture can be provided? |
| We provide pretty ordinary furniture to students, such as: bed, chair, desk, cloest, refrigerator, microwave and etc. |
| We loan the furniture to students without charge. |
| |
| 4.How about the laundryroom? |
| Each building has a laundryroom in the public area which equipped with the washing machine and dryer machine. |
| |
| 5.How about the internet, cable and the telephone? |
| The access of internet, cable and telephone is available. Students just need to order the service. |

| 6.How to apply for a room/apartment? |
Step 1: Download and fill out the application form(http://www.uscrental.com/index-2.html). Send us your application with the copy of your student ID and DL (Or passport for international student) through email or fax.
Step 2: We will verify your info with the exlandlord or current landlord.

| 7. How long for the lease? Can I just rent several months? |
| Usually, we only do one year lease. Please call 323-766-7689 to get more details. |

| 8. How about the utility? Does the rent including utilities? |
| Usually, the utilities is around $30-40/month which including water, gas and power. The rent doesn't cover utilities, student need to pay utilities seperately. |

| 9.What kind of payments are acceptable? |
The flowing payments are acceptable:
cash, california check, wire money, money order and credit card (5% extra service fee). |

| 10.How about the parking? |
| We have gated parking which will be charged $45/month for each parking spot. Or you can parking on the street for free. |

| 11.Is pet Ok? |
| Pets are not ok. |

| 12.Can two students share 1 room? |
| Usually, one room just for one student. If you want to share one room, you need to pay add on fees which depends on the situation. Please call 323-766-7689 to get more details. |
